Mobile Thinking takes customer privacy very seriously, and appreciates the opportunity to explain our policies.
Why we collect data
Mobile Thinking collects and records the information that customers
voluntarily provide to complete a purchase. To
complete a transaction, customers voluntarily supply information such as
their name, e-mail address,
billing address, credit card information, and so on.
Mobile Thinking needs all of this information to process the transaction and
keep accurate business records.
What we do with data
Mobile Thinking stores most of the data that you provide, and the data that is generated as a result of the transaction
(transaction number and authorization number, for example). We do
store names, addresses, and transaction data. We do not store credit card numbers, and are unable to
make any charges to a credit card after the transaction is complete.
We store this information for two reasons:
to provide excellent customer service and to maintain auditable financial
records for our business and tax obligations.
What we don't do with data
Mobile Thinking will not
knowingly sell, rent, or
disclose customer information or credit card information to any third party without your consent. (However, we
will cooperate fully when we are required by a law enforcement agency.)
