mTrial can help your child's
therapist spend more time providing therapy and less time preparing reports.
It's inexpensive and easy to use.
Ask your child's therapist or

Although I do not have an exact
figure, we were spending about $35.00 a month on copying as well as the
inconvenience of having to go to printers to make the copies. The tutors now
just scroll through the programs to read each other's notes and see data on a
daily basis. Before mTrial sometimes we would run out of data sheets. With
mTrial we print out weekly reports for our weekly staff meeting. Printing the
reports is very easy and having the reports seems to keep people more aligned
in what they are teaching. The mTrial reports provide more information than
the reports that the staff was generating before mTrial . It is also very easy
to assess how many trials each aide is performing and if they are following
the program.
Benefits:
Ease in monitoring tutors
Significantly less printing costs
Increased consistency across staff
Kristin Merwin:
I do think it has saved me time,
paper and money. All I needed to do is sync the Palm and run a report to take
a look a the mastered items and compare it to what the tutors are currently
working on. Instead of my tutor having to write everything down, they just put
it in the Palm.
Let’s say a session is an hour.
They would probably spend 15 min in that hour doing paperwork. I would say
mTrial at least cuts it in half maybe even more. They can easily tap on
behaviors and time it. The only thing they have to do now is leave me a little
note in the communication log such as targets I need to add. So lets say we
save 10 min per hour. If my son were doing the recommended 50 hrs per week,
that’s 8 hrs a week it saves me.
