The Tutor Hours and Visits report provides a quick overview of which students are working with which tutors, on a weekly basis.

For each tutor in the report, there is a table that has eight columns:

Column Heading	Explanation
Date	The date that a tutor started a visit (defined as a series of consecutive Sessions by a single tutor)
Student	The Student ID of the student receiving the therapy
Visit Start	The time that the tutor started the Visit
Visit End	The time that the tutor ended the Visit
Duration	Duration of the Visit
Trials	The number of trials throughout the Visit
# Sessions	The number of sessions throughout the Visit
T/S	The average number of trials in a session

For each tutor in the report, the Duration, the Trials, the # Sessions, and the T/S (Trials per Session) are summed. Agency personnel may use this report to see how much therapy time each tutor is providing each week, and with which student(s).

It’s possible for a tutor to begin a visit, record only behavior data, and then end the visit without recording any trial data in a session. In this case, there will be an entry in this report for a visit, but there will be no information regarding the number of sessions or the number of trials.
