Agency personnel must maintain an accurate list of tutors that work with students. The list of Active tutors on the PC may appear on the Palm. In version 3.5 and later, handhelds may be assigned to tutors, who collect data for different students.

Figure 1.8 shows a list of five tutors; the three tutors who have their status set to Active () will appear in on the Palm for the student’s assigned to each tutor (Figure 1.9). There are two tutors, Lurlene Wilson and Mitch Vicino, who have their status set to Inactive (). Their names do not appear in the students’ handhelds.
