Each student in an agency must be assigned an account on the PC.

Figure 1.6 shows the Student Accounts, one of which is selected: Greg Olmstead.

Figure 1.7 shows the Palm handheld assigned to the same student. Notice that the Student ID on the PC (Greg Olmstead) is identical to the Student ID on the Palm.
