Agency personnel may set (on the PC) a password that gets transferred to the Palm. This prevents unauthorized users from recording or reviewing data.

If there is a password on the Palm, you’ll be prompted to enter it in Figure 11.7. If you don’t have the password, you’ll need to get it from your agency before you’re able to use mTrial.
