This report allows you to see the notes that tutors have recorded, as sort of a monthly diary. After you click the Run Report button, you’ll see a table comprised of five columns, described below.

Column Heading	Explanation
Date	The date on which the Note was recorded
Time	The time at which the Note was recorded
Curr Area	The Curriculum Area of the session in which the note was taken
Target	The Acquisition Target of the session in which the note was taken
Notes	Any notes that were recorded by the tutor during a session
Tutor	Name of the tutor who recorded the note
