Use this report to see detailed information about which Behaviors have been recorded, at what time, for individual students.

After you click Run Report, you’ll see a scrollable list of the Active Behaviors (Figure 7.13).

Any Behavior that has a next to it will be included in the report, a Behavior with a will not.

You may choose to show the data in one-month blocks or to define a custom date range for the report.

After you choose your settings, click OK to generate the report or click Cancel to close the window without generating a report.

After you generate a Behavior report, you’ll see five columns of data:

Column Heading Explanation
Date The date on which the Behavior was observed
Time The time at which the Behavior was observed
Duration The duration, if any, for the observation of the Behavior
Notes Any notes that were recorded by the tutor at the time the behavior was observed
Tutor Name of the tutor who observed the Behavior

The report groups Behavior observations by individual Behaviors, and sorts them in chronological order, with most recent observations listed first.
