mTrial offers compete control in assigning which tutors work with which students. To assign one or more tutors to a student, right click a Student Account (Figure 4.9) and choose the option Assign Curriculum Areas.

A window will appear that lists all the (Active) Tutor Accounts for this student account (Figure 4.10).

Tutors with a are assigned to the student, Adrienne Raymond, and will appear on the Palm handheld for this student. Tutors with a are not assigned to the student, and will not appear on the Palm handheld for this student. Click any tutor name to switch it from assigned to unassigned.

Tutors can be assigned to a maximum of 40 students.
